Some also prefer salads with lots of veggies and cereals and little bit of meat which give them proteins,iron,vitamins and every other essential nutrients.

Due to heavy work schedules and late-night works people live a really bad lifestyle. So people are very conscious about what they eat and when they eat. They are making sure that they intake healthy stuff though they have a very busy life. Most of the people are rooting for food items which can be eaten easily and in a faster manner in order to cut down the time consumed for eating because people can fix any other appointments in the mean time.

Breakfast: People take whole egg as their breakfast which gives them vitamins and irons . They are also easy to eat. They also eat five or six types of fruits and just a fresh made juice for breakfast. These food items make sure that they are healthy and faster to eat and make people fit.

Brunch: Some people even skip their breakfast and opt for a brunch. They eat French toasts , healthy banana bread and pancakes for brunch. The culture of brunch is very prevalent in recent times.  

Lunch: Some  prefer salads with  lots of veggies which gives them lots of vitamins and nutrients  .They eat cereals  which give them iron, protein, calcium and all the other nutrients. They also prefer a little bit of meat which give them proteins and energy. By setting a balanced diet people tend to get each  every other essential nutrients needed by their body to set a healthy lifestyle.

Snacks: For snacks children usually ask something to drink as they will be in a hurry to run out of their house to play with their friends. So we can give them smoothies and fresh juices instead of chips ,ice creams and aerated drinks which are rather unhealthy.

Dinner: For dinner they take light and easily digestible food. They prefer  low fat items like lentils, vegetables, low fat milk, curds,etc. They also eat brown rice for their healthy dinner.
